The Club at Lime Rock Park Announces
Planned Social Events for Members
Lakeville, CT - (07 August 07) Lime Rock Park president Skip Barber has announced a full schedule of planned social events for The Club at Lime Rock Park members, beginning with an exclusive, private celebration and dinner party at Barber's residence during the Rolex Vintage Festival this Labor Day weekend. Last month, Barber unveiled The Club at Lime Rock Park (www.limerockclub.com), which will accept just 300 members, and afford them unprecedented access to the historic track.
"The people who are joining the Club at Lime Rock Park are like-minded enthusiasts who will naturally develop camaraderie from driving, collecting, enjoying, and talking about great cars," said Barber. "This exciting schedule of social events is just one of the many additional benefits we will offer our members." Members can choose twenty dates to drive on the track, out of a possible sixty dates annually.

Lime Rock Park is nestled comfortably in the lush green foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, and is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and historic road racing facilities in North America. A perfect setting for a motor sport club and the only one currently open in the Northeast.

The membership dollars will be used to improve the entire Park. The Club at Lime Rock Park's first full season will be 2008. However, there are four dates reserved this fall for qualified Club applicants to sample the facilities.
